Absolutely Amazing Experience My New Go To Smoothie Spot!
I had such a fantastic experience here, I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. The vibe inside the shop is clean, fresh, and inviting exactly what you’d expect from a place that markets itself as a health and nutrition-focused smoothie bar.
The smoothie itself was absolutely delicious! You could taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. It was perfectly blended, satisfying, and energizing. The combo I got (smoothie + protein bite) was reasonably priced and exactly what I needed for a post workout pick me up. I also really appreciated the transparency about ingredients and the clear labeling, especially for those with allergies or dietary preferences.
Beyond the great food, what stood out most was the team’s positive energy and professionalism. They were friendly, respectful, and clearly take pride in their business. It’s refreshing to see a small business truly care about their customers and their craft.

This place is amazing! I always drove by but finally went in and am so happy I did. The shakes are delicious and they have so many customizable options and different flavors. The owners are also super friendly, welcoming, and provide great customer service. They also have a rewards program which I love! Definitely will be back.

This place is ABSOLUTELY incredible! I LOVE the staff, especially because they take the time to get to know everyone by name, and they treat everyone like family. Their shakes are a healthy yet delicious alternative to any meal. So far, I have had the S'mores Shake, the pumpkin spice iced coffee, and the donuts with caramel and chocolate drizzle and coconut shavings, and I honestly crave them everyday. This is a place with a lot of charm, and it definitely offers a level not comfort I have yet to see in many other places. IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

This place is a hidden gem! Me and my mom come here almost everyday and it has helped us maintain a healthy lifestyle. The mom and daughter duo is unstoppable and the shakes are addicting. Not sure what some of the reviews are talking about with $10 for a shake being expensive, any other health store you’ll pay $12-$15 for a 24 oz and it tastes like chalk and has a million carbs. They have a million flavor options and sugar free drizzles and they get your shake made faster than Starbucks makes your coffee. The best part is that the staff cares and are always smiling. Love this place and love you ladies!
