We’ve always enjoyed ordering from this pizzeria, but unfortunately, our recent experiences have been disappointing. The first time, our mozzarella sticks were missing, and although we requested contactless delivery, the driver knocked and rang the doorbell several times while my husband was in the shower and I was putting our daughter to bed.
Last night, we ordered the “pizza bread” with pepperoni, but it arrived without pepperoni and wasn’t toasted. We had also scheduled our delivery for 7:30 PM, but it was delivered at 5:45 PM instead. When my husband called, the response was simply that the pizzeria was very busy and they would call him back. Thankfully, we happened to make a quick stop at home during the delivery, as we were out trick-or-treating with our daughter—one of the reasons we had requested the later delivery time. Also, we did not receive a call back as they promised we would.
We’re truly disappointed with these experiences and, unfortunately, will not be ordering from here again.

Wow!!! Stopped in there today for the first time. My wife and I started with a slice each. Amazing sauce and the slice held up great undercarriage no slump very crispy. Fresh ingredients I had the Sicilian and my wife had the Margarita. 10+ on both, took a Sicilian home. Owner and staff are great people, had a great conversation with them about the business. Must have type of place....

Horrible experience with this pizzeria, ordered at 8:30pm was told they would deliver within 45-1hr and the driver never showed. I called at 9:50 to see what was taking so long and the owner said they had alot of orders and the driver was on the way. Then now close to 2 hrs after placing my order I was told by their answering service that they are closed and that the driver is no longer expected to come, i have always ordered here and numerous times they forget sodas and have to return and also i dont understand how a $20 prime-o pizza comes out to $40 because I decided to add pepperoni and sausage. I heard they are under new ownership, which had led to their decline. Gave them a shot and never going back. Unconsistent and proved to be unreliable. Not a great experience at all and to be told my driver wasn’t coming at all after waiting 2 hrs completely ridiculous.

All my favorite pizzas taste just like I remember them years ago. Customer service is A1 and the food is great and made with care and love. Always feels like a family gathering and good vibes when I’m there or it’s just other customers with friendly faces walking in and having engaging and inviting conversations. Would recommend to anyone or any family.

This has easily become our favorite pizza place in town, so we decided to order from Prime for our family holiday party and once again they did not disappoint! Food is incredible and customer service is unmatched. Thank you Prime for putting a smile on all of our faces with your delicious food!
