Made my appointment two months in advance just to call two days before I was supposed to go for my consultation and was told that my appointment was moved a month out!
When I asked to speak with somebody about this It took me two days to finally get a full answer as to why my appointment was changed without being notified, and I was told that Dr. Gritsus had Canceled a few appointments and wasn’t going to be in office that day, which is understandable but the communication with this office is very unprofessional and I was overly prepared to go to my appointment just to be let down and told that my appointment has been moved a month and a half out. I don’t know if that is a sign, but I don’t want anyone doing surgery on me who can just decide to cancel an appointment that I’ve been preparing to go to and not even communicate this

Dr. Gritsus has been an amazing doctor! Service and customer service are top notch! I have recommended 2 of my friends already and they have appointments set up. I went in for a revision on my gastric sleeve and happy to say I am 53 pounds down since March when I got my surgery. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I feel amazing and can’t wait to lose a lot more. 😃😃 thanks to him.

I have surgery set up for this Thursday! I am beyond excited. Dr. Gritsus and his staff Kristina and Frances were very helpful and the nicest group of people! Can't wait for my new journey!
Update: Since I had surgery on October 5th, I am down 50 pounds! This was the best decision I've made for myself (mentally and physically). 🙏🏻

The best doctor I've EVER had! He is so compassionate and easy to talk to. He is very understanding and has a great staff ready to help. I was so scared about my procedure but he did an amazing job of calming me and getting me ready. Since my procedure, I have been able to lose over 130 lbs!

I was so nervous about getting the gastric sleeve done because of previous experience with gall bladder surgery. I was expecting the same kind of recovery. I’m so glad I decided to go with Dr. Gritsus. He’s checks everything before surgery which made me feel safe. I had my surgery at Valley and that experience was beyond amazing. Everyone that worked with him was so kind and helpful. After surgery I felt very little pain! I was able to get up and walk day 1 with very little discomfort. No need for pain meds at all. Highly recommend Dr. Gritsus, he’s an amazing doctor.
