Had Joe helping out in the high water pressure and great to know from him that this being a common issue in Bergen county.
Nice job done for the reduction and clean installation. And Joe also quickly fixed a leaking smoke pipe which turned out to be a naive mistake from another plumber.
Great to have work done with the real pro!

I notice my basement sump pump out-of-work this morning and called Schaaf plumbing & heating. They responded to my request immedately and informed me that he is working one one project and will come to my house in one and half hours. Jimmy came to my house as promised and replaced the old pump under inches of water. His shooes and cloth got wet due to flood water, but he completed the job neatly and waited until all basement water drained and found the replacement pump worked properly.
Schaaf did not charge me for emergecy call or weekend service, but very reasonable cost.
I have used Schaaf's services for more than 10 years and satisfied their service/cost every time. I strongly recommend schaaf to everyone who needs plumbing services.

Schaaf Plumbing has been around a long time. That alone should tell you all you need to know. I have a homeowner’s plan that takes care of my plumbing needs, and they outsource the job . Every time they come, the repair is never covered, but the plumbers say they will give me a quote for the repair, but they never do. This time, they came, left me with water leaking in my basement, shut my heat off. I waited two days and never heard from them. This morning I call Schaaf, and within an hour I heard from them, and within 4 hours the job was done with ease.
AI will never replace Joe and his wonderful staff, and I’m very grateful for his excellent service. Thanks, Joe!

Great experience! They stopped by the same day to check our old water heater’s small leak. Ended up needing to replace it (as anticipated), and they were able to do it the very next day. It was huge and in an awkward spot, so 2 extra guys came to help the first 2 move the tanks out/in. They were all nice guys, focused but still personable. Hopefully we won’t have anymore plumbing issues for awhile, but when we do, we’ll be calling Schaaf again.
