Very pleased! Constantin(owner) installed 2 ductless mini split systems consisting of 2 standard heat pumps(outdoor) & 5 air handlers(indoor). Owner was very responsive , explained the process, & provided a ver detailed estimate. Excellent warranty! Because he is a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Contractor, Mitsubishi extended the warranty to 12 years on parts & compressor & Constantin provides 2 years on labor. The placement of the units and outdoor line sets were done in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Owner takes pride in his work. Very professional job.

Constantine is the most knowledgeable person I have met in the
air conditioning industry
His installation was neat, clean and perfect.
I would highly recommend him for any A,C.

First and fore most I’m not a person that writes reviews very often. In fact, the system was installed about 3 weeks ago, and I’m just getting to it. But when someone comes along that does what I would call an exceptional job, and is worthy of praise I felt I absolutely had to. When you contact Elite Comfort Solutions you don’t get a high pressure salesman giving a hard sell so they make a commission. You get, the owner, Constantin, a very personable fellow. He set up an appointment to look over what we needed, and was, unlike other places that I called, on time, then and every time during the installation. He gave us a rundown on how the Mitsubishi mini split system worked and what we could expect. The cost was in line with what we had been told. So, in it went. Constantin, working all by himself put the system in in 2 and half days. No doubt would have been 2 days had the weather (it rained) cooperated. It was installed 03/31- 04/01 & a few hours on 04/04/22. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Constantin did a great job installing a mini split system in my old house. He gave a fair estimate and completed all of the work himself. The job only took two days, he also had a clever solution for a full electric panel. My neighbors were impressed as well and asked for his information. I highly recommend Elite Comfort.

This is a very positive review for Constantin of Elite Comfort Solutions Co. for the work he has done to install a Heat Pump / Mini-Split 5-Zone Mitsubishi system for my house in Northwest New Jersey in Roxbury Twp. As you may very well already know, as you have done many times before, I called many contractors and then I called again, and they never returned the phone calls. But things changed dramatically for the better  on a Tuesday morning when Constantin called me, since I have asked for references from an equipment distributor. He was at my house Wed. 7:30 AM and took the measurements of the area that I wanted the A/C installed in. By Thur. morning I have received 2 quotes from Constantin and I followed up with a few questions. By Fri. I have decided that I will take the quote for the 5-Zone A/C – Heat Pump. Since Constantin was working on another project in the area he was able to stop by after work at 9:00 PM to pick up a money deposit. On Sat. we decided to start on Tue. Morning. I asked Constantin if he could get done one room by 10:00 AM on Tue. Morning. He arrived at 7:30 AM and by 9:30 AM the room was done. Progress was make on Tue. until it started to rain so we were a bit be behind schedule. Wed. morning another early start at 7:30 AM and work all day until 8:00 PM when everything was done. It takes a lot more knowledge than I assumed and the willingness to do the work right and that is what Constantin bring to the project that you want done. This review is already pretty long so I will stop here. Just as a summary this is a very positive review for outstanding work quality.
