I got quotes and sales pitches from two other roofing companies prior to Pete from Haven coming by. He was immediately different; instead of a sleek slideshow, we walked around the house together and Pete explained what he saw. It was comforting to work with the owner of the company instead of a salesman. Pete was also the project manager— throughout every step of the process, Pete showed patience and knowledge and explained each step well. The project was completed in exactly the time he predicted and for the cost quoted. The roof looks great. I’m recommending Haven to our neighbors.

We needed to have some gutter work done after previously having another company do, well, not a great job. Pete, the owner, was so thorough in his explanation of everything that we needed to fix. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind. His crew did a great job and was able to finish the work in one day. They also did a great job of cleaning everything up at the end of the day. Pete came by a few days later to ensure all of the work was done properly and that we were pleased with the job (we were!). I would definitely recommend Haven Roofing for any outside work that you need done!

Had two other quotes before I found Haven. The guys that came out and looked around (from those other companies) did not inspire confidence. Pete looked around, made his observations and used our input to rebuild our roof exactly as we had imagined it should be. His quote was comprehensive, and included drone photos of problem areas (so if you're not comfortable climbing up on your roof - you can see what he's talking about!) He was upfront about possible charges for extra work. His crew was polite, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a gate latch that got broken during construction. And, they were FAST (full roof rebuild done within the week!) If you're looking for roof repair or reshingling - give Pete a call. Haven may not be the lowest quote you'll get - but it'll be worth it.

Pete and Haven Roofing Company were a pleasure to work with from start to end. When I first started consulting for a roof repair, I outlined my concerns to Pete, who listened and explained in detail the type of work that he recommends. He offered the best quality materials currently available, the best warranty policy, was the only one to consider structural details, and quoted fair pricing for a full roof replacement. After we finalized the agreement, the work basically happened over two days. The crew showed up early in the morning with everything ready to go. I observed the progress along the way and could see that the team had high knowledge of their craftsmanship. I am very satisfied with the work — the roof looks great and the job-site was neatly cleaned up. After the work was done and everything was examined, I wanted some touch-ups on smaller details, by personal preference, and Pete quickly arranged for his crew to come back and resolve everything to my liking. I highly recommend going with Haven Roofing as a reliable company for your next roofing project.

Haven Roofing Company did the full exterior renovation of our home. Pete and his team were really great to work with. They were always on time and extremely professional. The project was on time and on budget even with a couple days of rain. The quality of work is top notch and if anything was less than perfect, Pete was right there to make sure it was fixed. We are so happy with the final product. It looks like a totally different house! We highly recommend Pete and his team!
