I recently moved nearby and was looking for a new salon when I found La Vida Salon and Spa. I started with an eyebrow appointment with Crystal, and she did an amazing job—so detailed and exactly what I wanted! I was so impressed that I booked a balayage with Luana, and she was absolutely perfect. My hair turned out even better than I could have imagined! The entire staff is friendly, polite, and welcoming; they made my experience feel special from start to finish. I’m so glad to have found this salon and will definitely be coming back. back to leave another amazing review. not only was i super happy with my hair cut done by marissa but my balayage and glaze done by katie i am even more thrilled. both stylists showcased both product knowledge and service but the interpersonal touch hands down top notch. Luana the owner and also an amazing stylist, has such an amazing team. i would recommend not only the stylists i saw but everyone in this establishment. all the women in the salon were welcoming and amazing stylists i was able to see everyone in action and with that i can truly say you wouldn’t want to go any place else. thank you to everyone, can’t wait to see what else i do to my hair
Marissa was amazing ! i am so happy with asking morris county moms for a recommendation. she was interpersonal and really wanted to get to know her client which i loved ! she also asked how i was taking care of my hair and definitely knew her knowledge about hair products. and don’t get me started on my hair, she talked me through everything wanted to know my outcome and i told her she sold me on everything she suggested. as an esthetician and lash artist and also highly experienced in customer service i will say this is not only a recommendation of Marissa as hair stylist but also the atmosphere the salon is beautiful. will recommend this place and also marissa to anyone who is looking and asks about my hair. Today was my first day at La Vida but it sure didn’t feel that way. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. Kim was extraordinary at getting me set up and walking me through the salon. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! Everyone was so sweet, especially my stylist, Katie! She really took the time to not only listen to my vision but also asked me questions to really tease out what I was looking for and nail my look. She was incredibly attentive and was very gentle too! She completely rescued my hair from a bad color job. I already made my next appointment and I am looking so forward to going back!
