Top Quality Home Renovation did an excellent job. The workmanship was top-notch, and the new roof looks fantastic. Ivan (owner) was responsive and always kept me updated on the progress. Completed work in a timely matter (quicker than I expected). Roofing guys were great. I am very happy with my new roof.

Top Quality replaced a flat roof, shingle roof, did some repair work of rotted out roof section, put new gutters with gutterguards. Service was excellent and price was fair. I was getting same price from other contractors. Went with them because they have a lot of experience and have been in business long time. Some roofers disapear and guaranteed is worthless. Ivan explained everything well and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Top Quality Home Renovation LLC! From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. I hired them to repair some trim work around my roof and fix damage caused by a raccoon that had turned my attic into its personal home. Not only did they complete the repairs flawlessly, but they went above and beyond by removing the raccoon and even trimming the nearby trees that allowed it access to my roof in the first place!
