Top Quality replaced a flat roof, shingle roof, did some repair work of rotted out roof section, put new gutters with gutterguards. Service was excellent and price was fair. I was getting same price from other contractors. Went with them because they have a lot of experience and have been in business long time. Some roofers disapear and guaranteed is worthless. Ivan explained everything well and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough nice things about Top Quality Home Renovation. We researched several companies and Ivan (owner) provided a fair price as well as unique solutions to our requests. Ivan took the time to research and find solutions appropriate for our situation throughout the entire project.
Ivan was also on the job the entire time. He is kind and personable. His crew was also kind, courteous, and professional. They did a neat and solid job and cleaned up everything before leaving. We had a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend!

They do wonderful work! They repaired my front steps and rebuilt my deck. The workmanship was outstanding. Ivan and his crew were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
